Welcome to the home of Alaska’s first salt cave experience with Halo (salt) therapy.

Halotherapy, or salt therapy, (‘Halo’ is the Greek word for salt) reproduces the naturally occurring environments of salt mines found in countries like Poland and Russia. And like other wellness practices, halotherapy dates way back. In fact, it was first officially recognized as a therapy by Polish physician Dr. Felikz Boczowski in 1843, who’d taken note of the absence of respiratory problems in salt mine workers.

In our cave it’s all about breathing the dry salt air and relaxing in our custom made rooms with backlit salt block walls, salt floors, and gentle music during your session. Our Halotherapy generator allows you to breath in micronized (ground to smaller than a micron) salt crystals. Lie back in our Zero-G chairs (or in the salt itself) and ease away the stress of everyday life in our relaxing spa environment.
